Steps to cottage door
The yard has a tarmac and gravel surface.
One car parking space is suitable for wheelchair access.
To access the cottage pathway you descend two steps, each step is less than 150mm in height
Front door
Entrance via the front door has a 150mm height step followed by a 710mm width door opening into the porch. 710mm door opening with a 75mm high door threshold into the lounge with a low door height of 1760mm.
To the kitchen
To small corridor
Access through to the kitchen is 710mm wide, there are stairs to landing on your left after you pass through. The back door from the kitchen is 710mm wide with a 75mm threshold and a small step down to the stone flagged rear patio. From the kitchen through to the small corridor is 675mm wide leading to the dining room, downstairs WC and utility room.
The downstairs WC has a 200mm step up into the shower a small cloakroom sink and toilet.
The dining room has a 710mm width opening as does the WC, the utility has a 760mm width opening.
Stairs lead up to a landing with doors off to the left to Master bed and right to the Double bed. Both doorways are 710mm wide the master has a low door height of 1740mm. Corridor through to twin room 1 in front with 680mm wide doorway, left to twin room 2 with 710mm wide doorway and low height of 1740mm. The doorway to master bathroom is 660mm wide.
The master bedroom
The Master bedroom has a walk in wardrobe and an en-suite. The en-suite has a 1200mm wide shower with glass door and a small sink and toilet. Both doorways are 735mm wide with doors opening into the bedroom.
The double bedroom
The double room has 700mm wide stairs up to a mezzanine floor where you will find a workstation and seating along with a small library
Twin room 1
Mezzanine Floor
The twin room 1 has a bed under a mezzanine floor and stairs up to mezzanine floor with a second bed. These stairs are a space saver type with paddle stairs.

House bathroom
Rear garden and patio
The rear garden is accessed by four stone steps from the rear level patio area to grassed lawn, there is a stone walled well in the garden.
Front garden
The front garden has a stone edge from the stone flagged path to the lawn and seating with a small lip to the stone patio area.
